I WANT TO SUPPORT AN ARTIST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Take a look at the campaigns that are active and select your favorite ARTIST or the one that most catches your eye.
You can contribute with the amount that you consider most appropriate to receive the reward that you desire.
We will then ask you your personal data. Please make sure you type your email and your address: you risk having your favorite ARTIST not being able to contact you in order to give you the reward …
If the funding goal is achieved your contribution will be made by the secure payment method of La Caixa. Neither the platform nor QNPLM ARTIST have access to your bank details at any time.
FYI (for your information): If the funding goal is not reached there will not be any sort of monetary transaction and contributions of the FANS would be cancelled without there being any charges on your account or your credit card. Your data would be eliminated from the system.
ARTISTS will be notified at all times of the contributions of their FANS and the rewards they have chosen, but will not have any information regarding your email or personal data. His only way to communicate with you will be by means of the UPDATES tab that the QNPLM platform that provides. Latest news and any information of interest of the project will be posted there, so do not forget to check it regularly.
Only if the project achieves its goal the ARTIST shall have the information needed to be able to deliver the rewards.
In any case you will never receive rights over the project neither on the benefits it can generate.

Note: sometimes we may ask for some extra information related to rewards. For example: for a t-shirt, we will ask you the size you want.
WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD BUT I’M INTERESTED IN CONTRIBUTING TO A CAMPAIGN?
First of all you should know that in this case the responsibility lies totally on the ARTIST.
From QNPLM we are sure that you intend to help him in your project but you still have to weigh the risks. Only if the ARTIST you want to support with your contribution is a close friend or relative we can suggest you some guidelines:
The ARTIST must necessarily enter that money to his Campaign from a user account created for this purpose. This transfer generates a proof. Ask him to send it to you.
Remember to give him the information that you consider necessary for him to get in contact with you: if the Campaign reaches its objective the ARTIST is solely responsible for the reward you get for your contribution. And if the goal is not reached the ARTIST will also be responsible for returning the money you gave him in cash … since the payment gateway of La Caixa is not going to make any charge.
As you can see the risk is obvious but as an ARTIST it would be an honor to think that a FAN puts so much trust in him and his project to not have any doubts when contributing … and that’s priceless! Presumably the ARTIST will thank you for doing so.
In any case, REMEMBER: the QNPLM Platform is not responsible for this payment method and cannot ensure that the ARTIST commits with the delivery of the money or the rewards.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT GATEWAY WORK?
When making your contribution you will observe that no accounting operation is generated in your bank account.
What the payment gateway LA CAIXA does in that moment is “authenticate” the operation, in other words, it does the relevant security verifications associated with the credit card.
This payment is considered “a charge to account” for future service.
The payment gateway LA CAIXA only charges the contribution to your account after the 40 day period agreed for the fundraising and only if the funding objective has been reached or exceeded (MINIMUM FUNDING OBJECTIVE)
If this goal is not achieved, the payment gateway automatically erases the data from their system. Neither the QNPLM platform nor the ARTIST have access to your bank details at any time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE CHARGE TO MY ACCOUNT I HAVE NO FUNDS OR HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE CREDIT CARD?
The QNPLM Platform will contact you through the data you provided us to confirm the payment.
CAN I GO BACK WITH MY CONTRIBUTION?
The success of the campaign that you support depends on your contribution.
But either way, if you’ve made that decision you can send an e-mail to email@example.com to cancel your contribution. This can be done at any time as long as the funding period has not ended.
